HILG File Vault: demonstration stand

What this is

A working demonstration stand, built to the published specification of Waterford City and County Council tender WCCC26/432 for the Healthy Ireland Local Government website. It is not a live Healthy Ireland service, and no real programme data is held here.

What it demonstrates

• A file repository with real structure. Five folders, one of them password protected and shown as restricted to visitors who are not signed in, with search scoped to the folder.
• Access rules by role. Who sees what is decided by role, not by hiding links.
• Learning modules. A course with its lessons and durations, assembled from the content rather than hand-listed.
• Storage built for volume. Files are held in S3-compatible object storage instead of the media library, so the repository can grow past what a media library handles comfortably.

How it is built

WordPress on Bedrock with a Sage theme. The plugin carries no third-party PHP libraries: WordPress itself and an S3-compatible bucket are its only runtime requirements.

Built by ClarityWeb, Ireland.
